Carl Beaumont Carl had been homeless in San Diego for two years when PATH's street outreach team approached him, got to know him, and encouraged him to come in off the streets. Since then, he has been eagerly attending classes and actively taking part in the services available at Connections Housing Downtown San Diego to help him on the path to transforming his life.
