		<description><![CDATA[In the city I lived in they don&#039;t want to admit there is a problem and close their eyes and ears to it, if wages would go up or rent would go down that might help.  In the world today everyone wants to point fingers and place blame, if everyone would shut up for a moment we might find some solutions.

I agree with you mostly. But I think that you might be responding to a blanket statement (&quot;the homeless are lazy&quot;) with another. There are lazy homeless people, I&#039;ve seen them. Disability fraud is rampant and the housing options in Los Angeles have gone from dismal to non-existent. 
 
I would say that I&#039;m &quot;lucky&quot; but I&#039;m not. I worked very hard, every day to reach the goal of housing. I&#039;ve had a world of support only because I advocated for myself. This is a way to achieve housing and individual sustenance. 
 
It might be helpful to focus on best practices instead of engaging a hostile polemic.
